Protein Pancakes
  • Your serving of egg whites
  • Your serving of oatmeal
  • Splenda to taste
  • Cinnamon (optional)
  • Sugar free preserves or extracts can be added to change flavors

Mix ingredients in blender.  Pour in skillet and cook.
