AVA Alumni Annie Mitchem named 2013 Two-Year College AVCA National Player of the Year!! WOW!!

 

AVA Alumni & Irvine Valley College middle blocker Annie Mitchem was named the Two-Year College AVCA National Player of the Year.  Annie was also named Orange Empire Conference most valuable player.   Annie helped guide Irving Valley College to a memorable season.  They won an Orange Empire Conference title, ran off 24 victories in a row, were ranked No. 2 in the state and No. 1 in Southern California at the end of the regular season.  

 

Annie was honored this week at the 2013 AVCA Banquet in Seattle, Washington.  Congratulations Annie we are SUPER STOKED for you!
