AVA Club Director Katy Garza receives First Class Treatment at AVA

AVA Club Director Katy Garza had a session with Dr. Debra Gomach of Cornerstone Rehab and Spine during our parents meeting hoping to correct spinal and joint alignment to reduce stiffness, and restore circulation to areas of the nervous system which can affect the way our body interprets pain. After the session Katy was all smiles!!

We look forward to Dr. Gomach supporting our athletes for the coming season.
