JVA Explains:

This award recognizes the top JVA players in the nation for outstanding  achievement on the volleyball court. As an organization committed to the growth and development of junior volleyball, we value the commitment and achievement of our JVA players. The JVA All-National Team was selected from nominations received for the 2013 JVA Watch List by a JVA member club  director or club coach. The awardees were nominated and voted on based on the information provided  by their coaches and club directors. The All-National Team is listed below by age division.
